  I never would have imagined to receive such personalized and thoughtful services during an oil change, but that is exactly what happened during my last visit to Strickland Brothers! The staff were incredibly courteous and thorough, they explained everything they did clearly and with intention. I left feeling like my car and I received total Princess Treatment! The prices were reasonable too, especially considering the quality of care.

  The service was great! Fernando made it a pleasant visit he immediately offered and gave a bottle water which through me aback. Then guided me to set up and walked through everything. The only thing I speak of that may be a consideration is the pricing of some products. I purchased windshield wipers among other things and luckily I had the money but if I did not probably would not have been able to receive the things and services my car needed. So pricing was a bit of a thought. Fernando also was a good person, I paid to much money and instead he brought back every dollar and change and explained you gave too much. For that I was grateful especially spending the amount I did. Lol but the services have gotten better and the people are more welcoming and nice. Kuddos!

  Came here on July 31st for an oil change and filter change. As of today August 13th I had the opportunity to go back because my oil light came on . The guy tells me I might need to have my light reset come to find out I was not informed I was on low oil when I came in but today I was told I was down 3 quarts of oil but wants to tell me my car burnt 3 quarts in 13 days make that make sense! I have NEVER had this problem. I was charged for the oil and then oil change look at my receipt posted. I will NEVER come here again this was a rip off! I paid $80.23 for an oil change and filter change. The staff was nice but the service is will pass on it.

  Excellent customer service! I was in and out with no line and no wait, which made the entire process quick and easy. The staff members were very polite, professional, and welcoming. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and I really appreciated how efficient the service was. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this location to others!
