  I highly recommend this tire shop. I got a flat tire, and I drove there. They fixed the problem in less than an hour. The staff was very polite. Also, they didn't charge me any money for it. I recommend this place to everyone. Thank you for your help.

  I’m in disbelief.. I used to go to discount tire when something was wrong with my tires and they always charge me for something.. but these amazing people didn’t charge anything, not even their time when I had a nail in one tire. Also they work under an hour.. I don’t know any other better placed than this. Thank you so much guys! U guys made my day !

  My husband took his car here to get a tire repaired due to getting a screw, went when shop had barely opened and they told him it would be an hour wait just to see if they can fix it. We decided to come back instead of waiting, 10 minutes later they are calling us saying the tire isn’t repairable, and started to upsell us on new tires. Which fine I understand they are trained to do this but not what we needed. As we arrive 3 technicians are standing outside by the car and one of them pulls the screw out of the tire and begins laughing. The tire obviously starts to quickly lose air obviously. The technician then throws the screw away and goes back to give keys to what we assume is the manager. We tell them we just watched what they did and they explain the screw fell out and it would be $30 to put a donut on. This shop has no type of customer service, what a joke. Then to just laugh us away vs helping us. I will never come back here. By the way we went to another company who patched the “non repairable” tire.

  I had a great experience at Belle Tire! They did an excellent job changing and repairing my tires, and I was really impressed with how efficiently and professionally everything was handled. I also really appreciate that they take care of certain tire repairs at no charge, which is a huge plus. The waiting area was very nice, clean, and comfortable, with beverages available while I waited. Bob, the assistant manager, was especially kind, friendly, and helpful. His customer service really stood out and made the whole experience even better. Thank you to the entire Belle Tire team for doing such a great job. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend them to anyone who needs tire service!

  5 stars. I had an excellent experience at Belle Tire today. I noticed I had a flat tire shortly after dropping my daughter off, which was definitely not how I expected my morning to go. I brought the car in, and they took care of the tire repair completely free of charge. What impressed me even more than that was how well I was treated. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in. Bob was especially amazing. He made the entire process easy, treated me with kindness and respect, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel like no big deal. This is the kind of customer service that earns loyalty. They helped me when I needed it, didn’t try to upsell me or make things complicated, and simply took great care of me and my vehicle. I will absolutely be coming back to Belle Tire in the future and would highly recommend this location to anyone. Thank you again, Bob and the entire team!
