  Went in to get my glass mirror replaced put $50.00 down to start the part to be purchased. When the mirror came in it was not the right one. I was told if I could purchase the part and bring it in they would replace it for the $50.00 I put down. I ordered the part from the dealer and when I went back to Rt 66 repair only to have them tell me if they install it and it breaks they're not responsible. They should of told me that right away. Now I have a $260.00 part with no one to fix it unless I pay an unreal amount. Rt 66 repair didn't want to fix it for $50.00 that's all. On top of that it will cost me $50.00 to return the mirror. I would never go to that place again.

  I shopped around for a new windshield for a highlander. I was referred to Route 66 after checking numerous places. I could have had the windshield replaced cheaper at some places but they didnt do calibration. Some of these places said it wasn't "always" required. After all was said and done I went with Route 66. I found Armando to be informative and honest. When I got to the shop he was prompt, thorough, and professional. He even explained the calibration process and provided me with a report to prove the sensors were properly calibrated. I would highly recommend this place. They weren't the cheapest but far less expensive than the bigger box shops. I'd much rather support a smaller father/son business.

  Excellent work—they are very professional and punctual. They left everything spotless after replacing the windshield on my 2026 Volvo truck.
