She was working so quickly and efficiently on her own, helping multiple customers on different registers while still acknowledging everyone, holding polite conversations, and making each person feel seen. Even while it was busy, she never seemed careless or overwhelmed. She was professional, kind, fast, and genuinely pleasant the entire time. She has such a beautiful smile and a warm attitude that makes a huge difference. You can tell she is a very hard worker and truly cares about the customers. QuikTrip is honestly lucky to have Liz M. on their team. Employees like her deserve to be recognized because she represents exactly what great customer service should look like. Amazing job, Liz!

However, total disappointment inside… half of coffee machines were not working and when asked the one staff member there, she was so rude and she acted like she didn’t even want to be there. Lack of staff, not much food selection and bad customer service. This is definitely not even close to the QTs I’ve been to. Step up your game please.
