  The team at Camping World in Braidwood provided an exceptional experience from start to finish. They made the entire process seamless, not only for us but for our children as well. While we attended to the paperwork, the staff took genuine initiative to engage and entertain our kids, ensuring the experience was pleasant for the whole family. Their attentiveness and professionalism did not go unnoticed. This is, without question, one of the finest teams we have had the pleasure of working with, and we would highly recommend this location to anyone considering an RV purchase!

  Sales lady was great, watch out when you get to the finance , the extra camping package is garbage right along with all the other stuff - thanks for the extra stress and bullshit - 21000 for camper when my wife left it turned into 2600 down with 30800 principal balance tom really did a number on her I really wish I was in there at the time of signing and not preoccupied by the mechanic- will never go back sorry Kat you was awesome

  If I could give Camping World in Braidwood more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. From the moment I walked in, the entire process was incredibly smooth and completely stress-free. Buying an RV can feel overwhelming, but the team made everything so easy from start to finish. Every question I had was answered, there was never any pressure, and they genuinely wanted to make sure I found the right camper. The biggest reason this experience stood out was Katherine. She is hands down the best salesperson I've ever worked with. She doesn't make you feel like you're talking to a salesperson at all... it's like talking to a friend or a family member who truly wants what's best for you. She's down to earth, honest, patient, and goes above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable every step of the way. Customer service like hers is incredibly rare these days. Back that with General Managers like, Sam... and you've got the dream team working for you. The entire staff was professional, welcoming, and treated me like family. It's obvious they care about their customers long after the paperwork is signed. If you're even thinking about buying an RV, do yourself a favor and go to Camping World in Braidwood. Ask for Katherine, you won't regret it. Top-notch service, amazing people, and one of the easiest purchasing experiences I've ever had. Thank you all.

  We expected the typical high pressure sales tactics, but that was not the case here at all. The staff was pleasant and friendly, they offered cold waters on a hot day, golf cart rides ancross the parking lot annd even offered to order us Jimmy John’s while we waited for financing! Mike the sales guy was great as he showed us around the camper we ended up purchasing. Tobey in Financing is very friendly and entertaining, albeit perhaps disclosing a little too much personal info in the casual conversations we were having. The GM was outgoing and seemed in control, and the staff seemed to respect her direction. Overall, this is a well run operation and we are thrilled they had the unit in stock that we went to see. The price was reasonable, purchasing process was not too bad (it took a little longer than I had hoped) and we are super excited to get our new unit delivered any day now! One item I would have liked to see is a more tech-savvy closing process. The credit app was done on an IPad but the purchase docs are all old-school pen and paper! I run a small business in the financial industry and feel more comfortable with technology-driven processes when it comes to financial transactions. Hey Camping-world HQ: Invest some of that camper sales profit in upgraded tech in the offices! 5-stars across the board and will recommend this group of people to anyone looking for an RV.
