  Absolutely amazing service. I snapped my valve stem and not only were they able to fix it for free. They also helped out with swapping out the spare after the fix. I will definitely be coming back and I suggest you do too.

  I was here before 7:30pm theyre open till 8. They refused to check my tires while on a roadtrip. Have a pretty bad balance and shaking and a few days prior they fixed the nail in my tire and rotated the tires and something is wrong now. Thanks for nothing

  I got 4 new tires installed here, and three days later one of them came completely off the rim while I was driving on the highway. I brought the car back and got that tire replaced. Later that same day, I noticed a humming sound and the alignment felt off — clearly something wasn't right from the replacement. When I called about the alignment issue, I explained I'd already been inconvenienced twice by problems that were the shop's own doing, and asked if I could be seen sooner than the last available afternoon slot — even just to have it looked at, given that I regularly have small children in the car. I was met with attitude and no real concern for the safety issue at hand. I ended up going to Discount Tire instead and was seen right away with a much more professional, pleasant experience. I understand staffing and workload issues happen, but when a customer has spent significant money on a full set of tires and dealt with repeated safety issues caused by the shop's own work, a little more urgency and care would go a long way

  Im going to start off by stating I'm anal with my cars. I'm sorry to say but I used to like this place, I've always told them before hand I don't want my wheels scuffed or scratched while doing tire work. They used to be just fine. No issues. Until about a month ago. I ran over a bolt with my tire and went in to see if they could fix it. They were hesitant but Marcus said he would give it a try. After he removed the tire and looked at the size of the hole he said they could not fix it. They informed me that I should buy a new tire, they would order me one. I picked it up and headed home, I did check around the outside of the wheel for scuff marks and there were zero. When I was installing the wheel on the car I noticed three or four cracks near the hub. I immediately called and talked to Marcus and he tried to blame everything on me. There was no way I could ruin those when I was installing the wheel, I also sent him a picture of the wheel before I even took it into him and he said that didn't matter. He agreed to replace the wheel even though he said it was my fault. A week later he told me the wheel was in and I could come in and have it replaced. This is where it gets really good, I dropped off the car and 3 hours later he told me to come back into the shop and showed me where he screwed up the brand new wheel trying to balance it. I believe they don't have the correct equipment to mount and balance the particular wheels that I have. If they don't have the correct tools they should have told me that up front. Now he ordered another wheel from Toyota and I will have them put it on and will have to pay again. The best part is Marcus said he would buy another new wheel but for me to never come back into the shop again. I cordially said no problem and that is why I'm writing this review so everyone knows. Beware!
