  Belle tire has excellent team members. They are very friendly and professional. They also have excellent prices on tires and service. I was a customer of Discount Tire for a number of years but they have lost their customer service and acting very sale focus and want to sell tires instead of taking care of the customer. Belle tires is very different and have taken care of 3 issues in repairing my tires and not try to sell me tires I did not need. Highly recommend them.

  Went in there thinking I would need a new tire for my Tesla. They were able to patch my tire and did it for no charge! These guys hooked me up! Thanks Belle.

  I don’t normally do reviews but I felt like this time it was needed. I come in all the time for my rotations, oil changes, and any other issues I may have. Been coming since you’ve opened. I have seen all the new faces from the previous store manager to now and I’ve never felt as I have felt now. I believe Belle tire does a good job of finding talent from every interaction I’ve had with the techs/sales/ management over the years. I originally bought my tires from Greg who I was glad to see back and whom I had a great experience with. My last visit I called in for a flat tire which I spoke to Marcus and he told me to come right in. I came in to a busy shop which I have no problem waiting especially for being a walk-in. One of the things I love about Belle Tire is that when you come in they smile and greet you not like discount who operates like robots. Josh called me over to his desk and I told him I called in for a flat to which he said we fully booked your going to be waiting atleast 2 hours which I agreed to. His reaction is really what bothered me; he sighed and said “keys” as if I was an inconvenience. I brushed it off since everyone is allowed a bad interaction. I sat in the waiting room and watched everyone else interact positively with customers even when met with negative comments but Josh the whole time acted miserable, no smile, just unfriendly. I’m sure everyone was having a similar day with how busy it was but no one else showed it. I hope Marcus, Greg and Mike don’t let him ruin their workplace. Josh could do with a customer service refresher or trying a bit harder. I hope this is isn’t taken negatively. I just wanted to share my most recent experience with the new team.

  I recently went in to Belle Tire to get my car serviced, and Greg was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, helpful, and made sure I was taken care of the right way. He explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s hard to find customer service like that nowadays, but Greg and the Belle Tire team definitely earned my trust. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing tires or vehicle service. Great service, great attitude, and a great experience overall.
