I cannot say enough good things about Tressa at Affordable Mini Storage! We rented a storage unit starting in August 2025 while we were decluttering and preparing our house to sell, and Tressa made the entire experience incredibly easy from beginning to end. From day one, she helped us choose the right size unit, provided us with a lock and even a keychain for the keys, helped with all of the paperwork, and made sure we understood everything we needed to know. Throughout the entire time we rented there, Tressa was always friendly, professional, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help. She helped us set up automatic payments so we would not have to worry about accidentally being charged a late fee. When my card expired, she helped me update the billing information. When our address changed, she helped with that as well. At one point, we were having trouble figuring out how to access the gate. Instead of making us feel like we should already know what we were doing, Tressa came out and patiently showed us how to use it in person. That may seem like a small thing, but the way she handled it really stood out. She was kind, patient, and never once made us feel stupid for asking a question. That was honestly our experience with her every single time. Whenever I called, she answered the phone and was willing to help. I cannot remember a single time I had a question that she did not know the answer to or was not able to take care of. Even moving out was incredibly simple. I called Tressa, and she walked me through the entire process over the phone. She simply asked that I close the unit door, let her know that it was unlocked, and she would take care of closing everything out and stopping the billing. It could not have been easier. The facility itself was clean, secure, well maintained, convenient, easy to access, and reasonably priced, but what really made our experience exceptional was Tressa. Customer service like hers is increasingly hard to find. She consistently went above and beyond and made us feel like valued customers throughout our entire stay. I would absolutely recommend Affordable Mini Storage to friends and family, and if I ever need storage again, I would not hesitate to come back. Tressa is a huge asset to this business, and she deserves recognition for the outstanding way she takes care of her customers. Five stars without hesitation!
