  This was my third time getting an oil change at Strickland Brothers, and I’ve always been very happy with my previous experiences. Unfortunately, today’s visit left me pretty frustrated. One employee (extremely kind by the way) directed me to pull in, so I followed his instructions. The other employee apparently didn’t see that and yelled at me to stop. As someone who already gets anxious pulling into places like this, it completely threw me off and had me panicking—even though I was simply following the directions I was given. He quickly apologized from a distance, but never came over to apologize directly. The actual oil change was quick and the service itself was great, but as I left, all I got was another “sorry ’bout that.” I understand miscommunication happens, but being yelled at for following an employee’s directions was upsetting and made an otherwise good service experience unnecessarily stressful.

  Recently had an oil change and everyone there was so pleasant and explained everything they were going to look for in the cost upfront! Malcolm and the team were fantastic

  This was the best oil change experience I’ve had in my life! They were helpful and professional! I called and they were amazing over the phone! I will definitely be back here over any dealership!

  Malcolm and EJay were great!! They explained everything, were super professional and did great work in quick time! I would highly recommend stopping in when you need oil change and tire rotation.

  Really great customer service would definitely recommend people to come, enjoy my time with you guys easy and quick thank you guys
