  I didn’t even know this place existed, and I am SO GLAD I found it! I literally had the BEST experience I’ve ever had getting an oil change! The tech who I had was 1000% the whole reason why. He was so friendly, kind, patient, and just cared! His customer service was above and beyond any I have received in a long, long time! It’s sad because you just don’t get that kind of service anymore, everyone is way too busy, so it was so nice to have had such an awesome experience made by one person! I am going to become a regular and I told all my family, and friends as well. I will ask for this tech every time I go there! Thank you so much, Malcom! I was just out to get an oil change, but because of you my whole day got so much better, and much brighter! 🙏🙏

  I was there this morning to get my oil changed on my Hyundai and the gentleman Erik Deaton did my oils change was so kind and helpful and explained everything and more about the filters. He was very informative thank you so much. I also absolved that I didn’t have to get out of my car.

  I pulled into Strickland Brothers thinking I needed an oil change… turns out I also got adopted into a new family. 😂 From the second I rolled in, every single guy there treated me like their long lost cousin who finally came home for Thanksgiving dinner. I half expected someone to hand me a plate of ribs and ask how the kids were doing. These guys were FAST too. I barely had time to scroll my phone before they had me back on the road like a NASCAR pit crew fueled by friendship and motor oil. Super professional, super friendly, and honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. If your car needs an oil change and you also want to feel appreciated as a human being, go to Strickland Brothers. 10/10 experience. My car runs smoother, my stress level dropped, and I think I made 2 new best friends.

  My FAVORITE OIL CHANGE PLACE. The team is so knowledgeable and friendly. Explained everything so thoroughly. Patiently answered all my questions and offered very good suggestions. I can’t say enough good things about this location!!
