  I had a great experience at this tire shop! The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. Rod was especially impressive — he was extremely knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood all my options. The customer service overall was excellent. I left feeling confident and well taken care of. Highly recommend this place to anyone needing tire services!

  Came here to get my tire fixed and it took over an hour, only for my tire to still be flat afterward. Very poor service and unprofessional experience. No effort was made to accommodate the inconvenience or resolve the issue properly. Would not recommend.

  service is tremendous!! i got checked in by Rod and his hospitality was excellent ! My car went into the shop and I was only there for 30 - 35 minutes ! They gave me great feedback on what else more my car needed thanks too there mechanic Ramone ! I will definitely be coming back here for more service on my car because I trust them and their service !

  Went to Mavis Tires because we had a nail in the tire without an appointment. We have been going there for years for our tire services. The manager, Ron, and the team were professional, honest and helped us in a timely manner. We definitely recommend them and continue to use them as our local tire service center.

  I’ve been to Mavis Tires and Brakes multiple times now and they’ve earned my trust every visit! They’ve done my tires, alignment, brakes, and rotors. Pricing has always felt fair (definitely not on the unreasonably high tier), especially when you factor in labor, tools, equipment, and the reality of running a full shop. What really stands out is their care and honesty. They don’t just tell you what’s wrong, they show you. I’ve had them walk me through issues in person and pull up clear breakdowns of parts and labor on their system. That level of transparency is rare in this industry. They don’t rush work just to move cars through. Even when they’re busy, they take the time to do it right. That can mean longer wait times than quoted, but I’d rather that than rushed work on something this important (I also went in on a Saturday when everyone is coming in). I think the few negative reviews come down to expectations around timing. People often expect repairs to be done in an hour or two, but real repairs, especially in a busy shop handling both appointments and severalllll walk-ins, simply don’t always work that way. Same-day service is great when possible, but not always realistic depending on the job. Be patient with the process. They’re handling a high volume and genuinely trying to do the work on your vehicle right. It’s worth understanding that quality work takes time. At this location, they also offer free WiFi and outlets, which makes it easy to bring a laptop or device and stay busy while you wait. Staff is consistently friendly, patient, and professional even when it’s hectic. Bottom line, honest, fair, reliable, and a genuinely great customer experience!
