  I have lost trim pieces on my car twice to their insane blow dryers at the end of the wash - the employees clearly are used to it happening, but they didn't give me the right piece back

  ⸻ I don’t usually leave reviews, but the poor customer service at the S. Weber location needs to be addressed. I recently purchased a new car, and your website clearly states that a service member can transfer memberships to a new vehicle/license plate. However, when I visited this location, I was told they couldn’t process the transfer on-site. Instead, the solution offered was for me to pay for a car wash—despite the fact that I am currently being charged $20/month for an active membership. What made the experience more frustrating was the dismissive attitude from the manager. The attendant was able to pull up my account and confirm my membership, and I even had my old license plates for verification. Yet no effort was made to resolve the issue or offer a reasonable alternative. Customer service should be about finding solutions, not creating more inconvenience for paying members. This experience was disappointing and not what I expected as a loyal customer.
