Probably the best results I've ever had from an automatic car wash. Got the middle tier wash with the tire shine and I was shocked at how good my tires looked.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but the poor customer service at the S. Weber location needs to be addressed. I recently purchased a new car, and your website clearly states that a service member can transfer memberships to a new vehicle/license plate.
However, when I visited this location, I was told they couldn’t process the transfer on-site. Instead, the solution offered was for me to pay for a car wash—despite the fact that I am currently being charged $20/month for an active membership.
What made the experience more frustrating was the dismissive attitude from the manager. The attendant was able to pull up my account and confirm my membership, and I even had my old license plates for verification. Yet no effort was made to resolve the issue or offer a reasonable alternative.
Customer service should be about finding solutions, not creating more inconvenience for paying members. This experience was disappointing and not what I expected as a loyal customer.
No good. My brother took his brand new Silverado Truck for a service and they leave it with small white spots all around and scratches. Now he has to pay professional service to get rid of those white spots and scratches. Beyond disappointed. Won't be returning for sure.

I have so so experiences here… had an issue before where the rain x type stuff never came out because something about it being empty. I was told that I could call customer service. I’ve been a member for over two years dropping 30 bucks a month , whatever stuff happens. Today however I’m going to vacuum and the guy comes over to me and says “if you finning to back in you have to go on the other side” I said sure thing. I instead turn my car around and pull in. He then comes up over to me and says “I told you to go to the other side”. I’m not going to sit here and argue with some guy over what he said so I just left. There’s another car wash across the street from where I live, I’m just going to go there instead. Somebody needs to tell captain America over there he needs to calm down. Guy acts like he’s over there saving the world.
About six weeks ago, I went through the car wash, and my car hit a Ford F150 tail light in the undercarriage of my vehicle that was knocked off of the truck in front of me . I was able to exit the car wash and eventually able to remove the tail light from under my car. The under belly tray was ripped off partially from the tail lamp. I made the manager aware of the situation and gave him the remainder of the pieces of the tail lamp that I was able to get out from under the car. He stated I should make a claim and when he went to fill out the claim form, he wrote that a mudflap was taken off the vehicle because he didn’t know what a belly tray was.
The next day, I was notified that jet Brite would not be Accepting responsibility for the damage. I tried to contact them via phone, but no one ever called me back for an explanation of what actually happened. I ended up paying the $40 to have the belly tray reattached and left it at that.
Tonight, I took the car through the car wash again this time the side brush ripped off the mirror cap on the driver side, breaking the cap. I again attempted to speak to the manager, and was told that there was no manager on duty that I had to come back at this time they would not even take a report or take pictures of the damage
Be very, very careful of this car wash because whatever damage is done to your car will not be acknowledged or repaired.
