  Had a really bad experience there ..price is overrated ..employees there have the worst attitude..and the lady that check you out gave me a hard time don’t waste your money going there romeoville is better

  Muy buen lugar, servicio rápido y buena atención. Solo deberían tener más cuidado porque a veces dejan manchas dentro del vehículo pero no es un problema mayor.

  I've generally had good experiences with Grease Monkey, and the service itself was fine. However, during my most recent visit, I was disappointed with the wait time and communication. I waited about an hour for my vehicle to get oil changed, while a family who arrived after me was able to leave before me. During that time, no one explained why there was a delay. After I had already been waiting for about an hour, I was finally told that they were picking up an O2 filter from another location that was only a few minutes away. I was also concerned to find that my glove compartment had been opened and the papers I keep there were left on the floor of my car. Since I was only there for an oil change, I don't understand why the glove compartment needed to be accessed in the first place. No one mentioned it or explained why this was done. I understand that delays and unexpected issues can happen, but better communication and more care when handling customers' vehicles would greatly improve the experience.

  I was scared to come at first because I was hearing so much about this place but finally tried myself n they not bad at all they did my oil change fast with no problems don’t listen to all the negative comments
