  Donte and Tom were really had really good customer service. Especially Donte he broke down everything I️ needed done and told me how soon I️ should be getting it done. Will definitely come here for my routine car check up.

  Dante and Keondre made sensible recommendations during my time with them. They changed the bad wiper blade, cleaned the fuel system and flushed the oil. Then changed the oil. Took them no time.

  Dante’ and Delvin were the crew members who worked on my vehicle. Dante’ was polite and through in his explanation of the service needed for my vehicle. I got a couple of the recommendations and agreed to follow up with the other service recommendations before winter.

  I went to Valvoline for an oil change. They checked my air filter and changed it in which the service includes topping off my fluids as well. While traveling a week later, I had steam sensation coming from my vents in the front windshield. Come to find out, there were no coolant in the car, no windshield wiper fluid the windshield wiper fluid cap was missing and the air filter cover was broken- not closed. Staffing did not take my complaints seriously. Only offered me more bad service at a discount. Never again would I EVER go back there. Free or discount doesn't add up to what I have to spend for them messing up my car

  So I went to get a oil change like normal at valvoline. I get there Devin tell me the price and he asked did I want them to check the filter and I told him no because I just got them. He looked and said yeah you did i see it. I then asked him can you make sure you guys top the fluids. He said yes! He asked do I know how to reset the oil and I told him I did and he said ok. The guy showed me the oil and he said ok you can go. I said you guys didn't check the tires, brakes,or turning signals which is standard with a oil change. So they put some air in the tires but still never checked the lights. I said im about to check the fluids when I leave. Then the guy said can you pop your hood I asked for what? He said because I need to top the fluid. I then explained to Devin I come here all the time and the people I usually see and the standard of quality with the people that I see there. He told me he and sorry and next time I can asked for one of those people. I was in disbelief because the procedure/ quality a customer should receive should be the same with any team mate. Also that's how you get more money by seeing if you can add additional service that a customer may need that is provided by valvoline. I figured I had done enough talking so I politely reset my oil and left.. Usually im satisfied with Valvoline but not this time. I spend over a $100 every 3 months on oil changes alone, not to mention other things that may be needed or recommended. I would not recommend this encounter with Devin to anyone but the other employees yes. Paying for a complete oil change and receiving not even half the service is insane.
