- BTbetty taylorJun 16, 20265.0Enterprise staff was great to work with. Rental car was available. Went to Enterprise as a result of my personal vehicle being in the repair shop due to an accident. The process for doing this was easy. The car I requested was available and it took only a few minutes to drive away. I had to extend twice for more days than requested and staff work smoothly through the process, over the phone. Had about 5 interactions with the Enterprise staff and was warmly greet and proficiently served on all occasions. My sincere Thanks to the Enterprise staff at 11945 Western Avenue in Blue Island, IL.

Granted; I do hope everything will go well on 06/16; yet if today was an indication, I believe it will. I was greeted immediately upon entering, by a female staff member; and she said “I will be right with you.” She was! Her name is Syd. Very attentive, very friendly, and very helpful!
