What a great experience with each person I spoke to while getting a car checked out and repaired. They got me on their schedule quickly and finished the entire job in record time. I would highly recommend.

I needed a brake repair and was blessed and fortunate enough to be squeezed into a very busy schedule. I have two littles so this was not necessarily something that could be put off a little longer for many reasons. Mr. Russ Wolf assisted me from start to finish. He would check in, give updates, be transparent about items of concern or to take note of to extend the life of parts and your vehicle in general, and remained pleasant in a stressful environment as business fluctuated throughout my stay for my repair. I don’t leave reviews unless I truly believe there is something noteworthy to say. I must say, Tuffy on Vernon in Normal, IL isn’t just any run of the mill auto service business. They truly take the time to help and set you up for success without nickel and diming you and treating you like another number. True, genuine customer service, and I highly recommend. Thank you Mr. Wolf for helping me get back on the road for my littles during an extremely stressful time.
