  Had a great experience at Tuffy in Bloomington. Those folks were knowledgeable, kind, polite and a joy to work with. In fact it was refreshing to do business with people that wanted to help and not throw a bunch of additional services at me that weren't necessary.

  Very happy with the service I received! They installed replacement engine splash shield panels to my complete satisfaction! So appreciate their friendly and timely service!

  I called due to my under car splash shield falling loose while driving from Wisconsin to Arizona. I didn’t get the name of the employee but they told me to come in and they’d fit me in to get me back on the road. When I got there he greeted me and was so friendly to me and my dog. They had me out and back on the road within 15 minutes. I don’t live nearby to make this my go to mechanic but if I did I would. And I do recommend them to any one passing through or that lives in the area!

  I recently went to Tuffy Tire for the first time, but it definitely won't be the last. From the friendly greetings to the honest reports, I was impressed throughout my experience. They provide possible expenses up front, explain what they will be doing, and keep you updated while doing it. They don't just look for the quick fix and they're not looking to just make a buck. During my time in the lobby, I also experienced their interactions with other customers and one thing was consistent: they are truly about the customer. I will definitely be back!

  About a year and a half ago at a different establishment as I was getting work done, I was told I needed brakes soon. Yesterday I NEEDED those brakes. So I got to this shop only expecting to get a price quote and figuring out the rest of it soon enough. But after I turned their faces pale with my grinding brakes and my best "Tehe, oopsies", they got right to work asking how quick they needed to work to get my car back in safe driving condition. They were even able to help me out with a loaner car so I could get to work in the morning. I had my own car back within 24 hours of dropping it off! AND they gave me a detailed list of things that might need attention soon.
