  It wasn't my windshield that I needed but my third brake light but they were very helpful in guiding me on which one that I needed and told me that if I needed any help replacing my old one to come back in and they would be more than happy to assist

  Due to weather issues my appointment had to be rescheduled. The technician was proactive in communicating these changes. The on-site tech, Ty, was professional, prompt, and I'm very happy with the quality of his work.

  1 star is too many. DO NOT USE. Go to WINDSHIELD SPECIALISTS instead and be treated with professionalism and respect. Appointment scheduled with arrival time 8-12. Box checked to receive updates. It's after 1:00 and there hasn't been any updates and no one here. Tried calling the local number and it goes to the national - which directs you to the website and hangs up. The website has no options for reaching a person or any support. To say customer service is awful is not enough - customer service is non-existent. No respect for your time and scheduling for the 4 hour appointment window they failed to meet and have no respect or consideration for you to reach out. ANY other option would be better than this joke of a company. Do not hire them. They will disrespect you and not show up. Update: Two weeks later and still no service. Multiple emails rescheduling the appointment and no one ever shows up or calls to update. After my initial review I received one phone call apologizing and promising to be a "priority" and receive frequent update calls. Then nothing - no follow through on that. He explained they "don't know when the windshield will arrive" (yeah, right - that's either a pathetic excuse for incompetence or a lie but no business operates like that these days where we all can track our orders and know exactly when things will arrive), but would keep me at the top of the list and let me know the status frequently - then no follow through on that. Gave me the direct office line because "you won't find it listed anywhere". Used that and still couldn't reach anyone or leave a message. Called the number he called from and actually got an answer. He said he's the "only one who answers the phone" so he can't always get it - yet there's no option for a message. How a place like this stays in business when they have no customer service, no communication, and no regard or respect for their customers and their time is beyond comprehension. DO NOT HIRE. Recommendation: Windshield Specialists is MUCH better. They actually answer their phone, are respectful, and don't use "not getting the parts in" as an excuse for their poorly run operation and lack of communication and respect. Got an appointment scheduled with them within days and no issues. Excellent communication and business practices - exactly the opposite of this clown at Safelite and this horribly ran business. Stay far away! Any option is better.

  Everything about this experience exceeded my expectations. The online scheduling and appointment status communications were excellent. The people at the Locust street location were great to work with and did a wonderful job replacing my rear window.
