  On my way up to Bloomington I began losing tire pressure at an alarming rate and contacted a local garage to get my tire looked at. Unfortunately I didn't know what time I was going to be allowed to leave my job to bring my vehicle and the garage I had originally called was not willing do you have me drop off my vehicle without having a specific timed appointment. I went so far as to schedule a tow to be able to get my vehicle in at a specific time when one of my coworkers recommended taking my vehicle over to pro tire. I gave them a call and Steve told me to get the vehicle there safely when I could and even though they were slammed, he promised they would get my vehicle in and get it fixed before the end of business so I could go home to my family over an hour away. About 3 hours after I dropped off my vehicle, Stacey gave me a call to let me know my vehicle was done. I asked her if it was a nail or a screw and she told me that it was actually the valve stem leaking due to a faulty spring. I asked her what the damage would be and I was beyond shocked here the ridiculously low price she gave me. She told me the part was very cheap and the labor was not extensive and it was their pleasure helping me out. Not being from the area, but knowing that I will be working from the area quite often, I am so thankful to have a family-owned business that prides themselves on not upselling and being able to give their word and keep it. Stacy and Steve, you have a forever customer in me and my family! Thank you for the amazing service.

  As a guy that knows very little about vehicles I know I can always trust Steve at Pro Tire. About ten years ago a buddy told me that Pro Tire was the only place he would take his vehicle. I know when I have work that needs to be done I’m going to get a fair and honest opinion.

  Over the 48 years that I've owned vehicles, and lived in Bloomington, I've patronized a multitude of automobile repair shops and dealers. For the last 3 years, I've been using Pro Tire. They have been the best. I appreciate honesty, competency, reasonable prices, timeliness, non-pressure communication, thoroughness, friendliness, and a clean shop. Megan and Steve meet all of these criteria.

  My First experience with Pro Tire and Automotive: I came to Pro Tire and Automotive because I saw consistent high reviews. I just want to say the 4.6 Star Rating is far TOO LOW. The staff, the professionalism, the details of explaining what is wrong, and the price is everything you want in a mechanic shop. I was looking for a consistent mechanic that I can call if I have automotive issues and I will definitely be using Pro Tire & Automotive. I am going to recommend them to everyone as well. Seriously the best experience I have ever had at a mechanic. I want to mention not only did they get my vehicle repaired in a timely manner but also were able to get it in earlier than the scheduled time (I had a schedule conflict come up), and the owner of the shop came over and explained exactly what they found without making me feel like an idiot. I really can not recommend them enough. This is exactly how not only an automotive shop should run but how a Business in general should run. Thank you again Pro Tire & Automotive- cannot thank you all enough for the great experience I had.
