  I’m really glad I did not leave my initial review last night. I would like to call out the overnight staff for an outstanding job! One of the staff members has long hair, pulled back into a ponytail with tattoos on his neck. Went out of his way to make sure that we were greeted both coming and going. He made sure the showers were all perfect before we got in. Overall above and beyond. They had somebody out checking to make sure reserved stops were actually paid for ( which I appreciate considering we pay for them and show up to them all be full . Parking is tight at this location! Now the morning staff- 9:30ish am … definitely not greeted coming or going. Women’s restroom was absolutely disgusting. All four stalls had urine and toilet paper on the seat and floor. When we went to check out a very stern, good morning was told and nothing further besides the price. We’ve stayed quite a few pilots majority of the time all of the staff is friendly, but I think this morning staff needed a little bit of a refresher on just common courtesy. Also diesel nozzles and hoses don’t look like they have been cleaned in months. Don’t forget your gloves.

  Not camper trailer friendly! Pick another spot! A very tight squeeze and the truck lanes only have diesel.

  I stopped to get gas and lunch and I’m giving this station a three star. Because the service was good but I didn’t receive a refund from pumping paying $20 and the difference I didn’t get back on my card? I called and was told that it would atomically credit the difference and it hasn’t come yet four days later?

  I was traveling from Iowa with my son, who wrestled in a tournament. He needed to shower, so we stopped there. Anyway, I didn’t know how it all worked and there was a door open for a shower. I had my son go in, but noticed the keypad outside the door. I asked an extremely helpful worker named D. J. if I needed to pay for the shower. He told me how to do it. But, he said he would take care of it and don’t worry about it. Not only was he helpful and generous, I thoroughly enjoyed talking with him and hearing a little about his life and family. I could tell he really enjoyed his job there too. His brother, like my son, won high school state wrestling. When I stop at other Pilots, I can only hope to meet more people as awesome as D.J.!!! Thank you!
