  I had a great experience buying my car with O'Brien Kia! Brian Read was kind, personable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions, was never pushy, and really took the time to help me find the perfect fit. He eased all of my anxiety and nerves when it came to buying my first car. The whole team made me feel taken care of. I would definitely recommend Brian and the team!

  We had the pleasure of working with Buck Stevens at KIA of Bloomington during the recent purchase of our 2026 KIA Carnival. Buck was there to answer all of our questions and even drove us over to deal with the title company to transfer the title on our old car to our daughter! Everyone at KIA of Bloomington has been friendly and professional throughout the process! This is the second KIA that we have purchased from this store in two years and our experience has been great! I highly recommend KIA of Bloomington and Buck Stevens!

  I highly recommend Alex Brooks at O’Brien Kia of Bloomington. He was great! Knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and answered all my questions. I bought a car from him and am really pleased with my new Sportage.

  Bait and switch drove two hours to see a car they had advertised online to be told it was sold yesterday. It's not that hard to update your listings in a timely fashion. It should just be an automatic process when the vehicle is sold. Edit to add, I got a notification through the same website I was looking at this vehicle on, that the vehicle I was interested in at diepholz auto in Charleston il, had been sold and was no longer available. Why can't the Kia dealer owned by a huge group that owns all the dealers in town update their customers in a timely fashion but a tiny used car lot in the middle of nowhere can? Second edit: just got the notification from cars.com that the vehicle I was interested in at this dealership was sold. Notification received Thursday, vehicle was sold Monday, they emailed me Tuesday morning to schedule a time to come look at it.

  We had an amazing experience working with Brian Read at O’Brien Kia of Bloomington. With our hectic schedules, we didn’t have a lot of time to sit around working out a deal. Brian was willing to provide all the information we needed via text, which was exactly what I asked for. This was by far the most pleasant experience we’ve ever had shopping for a vehicle. Brian made the entire process easy, convenient, and stress-free. We truly appreciate all his help and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle!
