  We had an exceptional experience at O’Brien Kia buying our new vehicle. Matt was wonderful- he listened to our needs, offered suggestions and gave us the time and space we needed to make a decision. The customer service was wonderful and the experience is what we chose to buy there as opposed to the dealer in our hometown. I would happily recommend them!

  Buck took care of all of our needs!!! My wife had a certain vehicle on mine and he made sure to get her and what she was wanting. Buck made the buying process very very easy. Definitely will be going back to a Brian Kia and Future and I highly recommend others to go there as well!!! Ask for Buck!!!

  Matt greeted me right away the first day, he listened to what I was interested in test driving and no pressure beyond that as I said I was only in step 1. He took my information and sent me message when I was ready to return so my husband could drive the car we wanted. He came in on his day off to make that happen made it easy to talk numbers and finance and we returned next day to finalize purchase. One of the easiest and fastest car purchases we’ve made. Loving the Kia Sportage Hybrid we purchased so far!

  After searching and getting turned down several times I finally called O’Brien Kia of Bloomington. I spoke with Matt as a sales person he was courteous and honest with me, but the dealership as a whole work really hard to get me approved for a vehicle I was definitely satisfied with.
