  Our salesman, Brian Read was awesome! We purchased a 2024 Toyota Camry Hybrid. We had been looking for some time and had a bad experience in Naperville. Brian worked well with my husband to get down to an affordable price. The lady at the front desk where you walk in was so welcoming and nice--did not get her name. They have a nice area to sit and watch TV. We were offered drinks & they had a couple baskets of snacks. Unlike most dealerships that take hours, we were in & out and headed back to Decatur in in 60 minutes. Highly recommend!

  After spending over a year trying to get an issue resolved through Kia’s corporate channels, I was honestly feeling defeated. One phone call to Andrew Greene, the Service Manager, and Colleen Shumaker, the Executive Assistant, completely changed my experience. From the very beginning, they took the time to listen, asked the right questions, and immediately started gathering the information they needed. They never made me feel like I was just another case, they genuinely wanted to help. Within just two weeks of speaking with them, my issue was fully resolved after more than a year of getting nowhere through corporate. Their professionalism, communication, and willingness to advocate for their customers are exactly what great customer service should look like. I can’t thank Andrew and Colleen enough for their dedication and persistence. If you’re looking for a dealership with people who truly care and follow through, I highly recommend working with them.

  I had the best experience at Kia! I visited four different dealerships while car shopping in Bloomington, and Kia stood out by far for their exceptional customer service. Brian was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. I absolutely loved the Sportage, and they even went out of their way to find the exact color I wanted. The entire process was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. If you’re looking for a new vehicle, I highly recommend stopping here and asking for Brian!
