  If I could give negative stars I would. Drove over an hour to be told that they were sold out and my reservation was cancelled. Then upon calling customer service was told that they do have availability and someone would reach out to me within a half hour. Didn't get a call so called back and ended up having to call back again got a representative they told me that the vehicle would be delivered to me free of charge since there was a misunderstanding and they did have vehicles available. Got a notification a few hours later that my reservation was canceled. Call back again and spoke with another representative to be told they didn't know why it was canceled there was availability in Bloomington and they would reschedule but I would have to drive back to Bloomington and pick up at 8:00 p.m.. made the reservation and then got a phone call stating that there was no availability they were overbooked and I was not able to pick up the vehicle. 1500.00 trip and no vehicle when my reservation had been confirmed then after being called and told no vehicle available I got a confirmation that my reservation was scheduled and wanting me to confirm pickup but I had already been told there was no vehicle available. Would never recommend Enterprise again after this experience.

  Please do not rent from this location, the car I rented the starter went out in the middle of the trip, called enterprise they sent a tow truck (I had to wait with the car for 5 hours) they did not have another open facility near by and no hotels as it was a small town. I had to call a friend to come pick me and my 3 grandchildren up and drive us an hour and a half back home. I went into the location to speak with the manager on 8-17 to see what can be done and how I would go about getting a refund for the gas I had to pay someone else to pick us up and bring us home. Enterprise has offered no solutions no help and the manager has yet to call me back. It has been 8 days, I have called customer service again just to be told I have to wait for that manager to call me and there is no timeline as to when or if she will call so now I’m out of money for the rental that I didn’t even get to use for the whole duration of the agreement and the money I had to pay for a different ride.
