  I had an extremely disappointing experience with this Enterprise location after my auto accident. My insurance company recommended that I use Enterprise for a rental vehicle, but it took five days and countless phone calls before I was finally able to get into a vehicle. This only happened after I contacted multiple locations and ultimately had to escalate the situation to the district manager. The experience at this particular location was unacceptable. The female general manager, who had red hair, was consistently rude and unhelpful every time I spoke with her. She even placed a note on my account stating that I would accept nothing less than a vehicle similar to the one I owned, which was completely false. As a mother of two young children, I was willing to take any safe and reliable vehicle available. Instead of trying to help, I felt that she made an already stressful situation even more difficult. Thankfully, when I spoke with the district manager, he was shocked and apologetic about how I had been treated. He informed me that there had been ongoing issues at this location and that I was not the only customer to have complained. He personally arranged for a larger SUV to be brought in from another location because he felt that, after everything I had already gone through, I should not have to experience any further inconvenience or poor treatment. I greatly appreciated the district manager’s professionalism and willingness to make things right, but unfortunately, the experience at this location was so negative that I will never use it again. I would strongly encourage others to consider alternative locations if possible.

  I rented a vehicle from Enterprise from May 30 through June 26, and overall, I had a good experience. The vehicle was partially clean inside and out when I picked it up, was reliable throughout my rental, and was very fuel-efficient. Cam was helpful and easy to work with during the rental process. I also really appreciated that I was able to leave the vehicle at the body shop when my rental ended, and Enterprise came to pick it up. Since I didn’t have a ride to or from the branch, that convenience made the return process much easier. Overall, the rental was dependable, the customer service was good, and I’d consider renting from this Enterprise location again.

  Enterprise came through when a competitor disappointed! Highly recommend! Extremely nice and professional employees! The economy car I rented was functional and got good gas mileage but next time I will choose a different level as the car was a little lackluster for the money.
