  We have had multiple excellent experiences with Belle Tire! They are always willing to help and usually can work us in with short notice. Brett is great to work with and was willing to help me get a rejected rebate resent. All the front desk people are awesome!

  Belle Tire in Bloomington IL, tried to rip off my daughter this morning by trying to sell her a new tire when all she needed was a patch from a small nail. The tires are barely two years old and she said "BY LAW" she is not allowed to take off the tire and patch it because they are too worn. THIS IS A LIE! Belle Tire will rip you off, especially if you are some vulnerable teenage girl that knows nothing about what is going on. We took it to another (BETTER) tire shop and were told the tires were a long way away form the 2/32 measurement that Sarah (MEAN LADY) provided. All they want to do is sell you something you DO NOT NEED! DO NOT GO TO BELLE TIRE!

  I had a very disappointing experience at Belle Tire with an employee named Sarah. She denied service to three 17-year-old girls and was extremely rude toward us. We expected to be treated with basic respect and professionalism, but instead, we felt completely dismissed. Being young should not be a reason to treat customers poorly. The way we were spoken to was unnecessary and unprofessional. I hope management addresses this situation because no customer, regardless of age, should be treated this way.

  Had a flat tire and decided to get 2 new tires. The setup online was easy and actually gave me the exact quote. I dropped the vehicle off the night before and without any problems. My appointment was for 8am and promptly at 8:05am I got a call from Sarah assuring me that they had just pulled the vehicle in to start working on it. I got another call from Sarah asking if I wanted them to do an alignment that I kind of knew I needed and they completed that also. I am very pleased with the whole team at Bell Tire. Others I’ve worked with are Brett and Mike. All 3 were helpful and pleasant. Thanks everyone

  BE CAUTIOUS WHAT THEY TELL YOU. I bought 4 tires which came with an alignment check. The guy told me my ball joints were so bad they were about to fall out and they couldn't even do the check (which is odd because I had just greased the whole front end and everything was good). He gave me an estimate of $1500 to replace them (which I didn't pay). I took my truck to my regular mechanic and asked him to check it out in case I was missing something. His exact words were "yeah they're just blowing smoke". Ball joints were all good, only one had very minor signs of wear. A few years later I got a nail in one tire, directly in the middle of the tread. I took it in to be patched and they said "the nail was at too much of an angle and couldn't be patched". They wanted to sell me a new tire for $350. Again I took it to my regular mechanic and he patched it no problem. When I bought the tires originally they also damaged 2 valve stems during installation so my tires kept going flat and I had to go back and have the valve stems replaced. Needless to say, will not be going back here.
