  The problem solving was decent, however, the attitude of the manager was unacceptable. He was walking away while I was speaking to him, wouldn’t give me a minute to decide whether I wanted a new sensor, and would not explain anything properly. The best explanation I got was from someone working on the tire, who explained it to me twice—however, due to the unprofessionalism of the staff, I will not be coming back. I also asked the manager to briefly reiterate the issue while my friend (who owns the car) was on the phone—not only did he refuse, but instead of giving me a minute to decide, he told his employees to take the car off the lift. He also took a tone with me while explaining why instead of the rim, they needed to replace the sensor (as the stick was leaking)—of course if I knew so much about tires, I would have fixed it myself! Furthermore, they claimed they couldn’t program the sensor to the car, when the Belle Tire in Lombard did it just fine! I feel extremely disrespected and will not be coming back.

  Thank you to Bell tire very great experience I recommend this Tire shop great Tim work here I have two flat tires fixed for free in this day is the big blessing fain business like this thank you Bell tire high quality service

  Left from a different store due to the service to have a great experience at Belle Tire, thanks to Martin, the manager! I came in with an issue regarding my tire, and Martin was absolutely amazing. He was professional, helpful, patient, and genuinely took the time to make sure my issue was handled properly. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and providing great service. I really appreciate his help and how he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Thank you, Martin, for making what could have been a stressful situation so much easier! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Dropped my van off because of a rotational noise, pretty sure my tires needed balance and rotation. I received a call 1.5 hours later saying I need front brakes and all 4 tires. What they didn’t know was I just had my brakes checked by my regular mechanic and they were fine. I asked them if my tires were feathered, damaged, or needed balancing…their reply “I don’t know I was told you need four tires.” I had them put everything back together, took to Huntley Belle Tire, rotated and balanced…All better. I wouldn’t let the Bloomingdale location put air in my tire let alone anything else. Absolute idiots!!!!
