- MAMissy AutenAug 30, 20261.0This store has tried to con me into changing my coolant out by showing me a coolant tester that showed it was good for up to -34 degrees! Except they tried to tell me that the little floating disks meant that the fluid was bad. Ha! My husband just put brand new coolant in just a couple weeks prior to this! Just because I am FEMALE doesn't mean that I am DUMB!! Also, they CLAIMED they were greasing up under the car. They WERE NOT!! My husband checked and the ball joints were dry as a bone! In fact, one had seized up because we trusted these clowns!!!

The last 3 times were $60 with a $20 coupon the next time was $80 with no coupon this time I had a $15 coupon and with that applied it was over $100 and then charged a $4.85 oil surcharge! I like the convenience here but the cost is extremely too high! I turned down a $59.95 same service at the dealership I wished I had gone there!
