  Stay far away from this Safelite! The manager here does not care if your heads up display works when they use after market windshields, and then makes you fight the battle with insurance to get original windshield and when it gets denied because you don't know the proper things to say and you refuse to pay another $2000 for an original windshield they will refuse to work with you when you tell them you will hold them to the Safelite standard and keep submitting for warranty replacement until your display works properly. Worked with Beverly at the Wooddale location and she took care of me. This location hustled me and brought me to tears.

  Technician was very thorough and answered all my questions prior to beginning the process of repairing the chip in my windshield. I’m very pleased with the results.

  Service was great, tech was timely. I gave 4 stars based solely on price. The 10 minute calibration was almost as much as the material and labor for the windshield. Seems a little bit of an overcharge. Again, tech was great!

  Zero prep work will be done to your vehicle. Didn’t install seal correctly and they do not remove the old adhesive. Technician too lazy to remove old adhesive and claims it will damage paint when called out on poor workmanship.

  Using SafeLite was a wonderful experience! I was able to get an appointment the next day where other companies wanted us to wait until the next week! The Matt our technician was great! He was very professional, courteous, friendly and explained everything clearly to us! We are very happy with his work!
