  Ernesto was great at explaining what he was going to do to replace the glass. He was efficient, left the vehicle clean and free of any glass debris, and provided clear aftercare instructions before I left. Great service!

  First time using Safelight (we all know the jingle), and it did not disappoint. Easy, intuitive website. Flexible appointments at my home. Convenient and unobtrusive reminder calls/texts. An alert my technician was on the way. Friendly and fast (maybe an hour). Payment was easy. The whole thing was seamless. We need more specialized service in our lives.

  His team is clean cut— Friendly and quick to Service. The shop is well organized, and kept clean which to me reflects this mindset of the organization! The service technician who took care of me was friendly and efficient and kept his word to the T as well as his schedule to the minute. The shop was easy to find and not off the beaten path.

  I went to a service station to repair a very noticable crack (1.5" to 2" cross with a divot/chip in the center) in the windshield. There was no wait and the repair was very quick, about 20 minutes total. The technician did an excellent job. I can barely see the crack. It's now looks a very small smudge. You can't even see on the picture (should be in the center of the photo).

  Front windshield and rear window replaced. Luis was our technician. On the scheduled day, he called and provided his ETA and arrived on time. He was very personable and seemed very knowledgeable. He got right to work and completed everything as needed. Our experience with Luis and Safelite was superb! I would highly recommend.
