Excellent customer service! I’m very happy with our car rental experience. The car was clean and in great condition. Tegan and Andres helped us when we went in person to rent the car. They were both friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. They answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns. A special shout-out to Andres, who was extremely patient and never rushed us while we were deciding whether or not to purchase the protection plan. I really appreciated that he spoke Spanish and was able to communicate with my dad, who only speaks Spanish. That made the experience much easier for us. When we returned the rental car, Sah helped us and was also very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this location! All of the employees we interacted with were friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about their customers. Thank you for such a great experience!

Thus locatio is not in my area but I would make the drive back here. This location is the best, I had to get repairs on my car and it took longer than expected. The employees at this location are awesome. Each and every one of them help me through this process and they made it so much easier for me. They were very patient and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely be going back to this location. I didn't forget about you guys at this location. Busy with life but didn't forget you all. I had to put a review about this location. Thank you all!

Overall the service was good. It was close by and they gave me an upgrade as they didn't have an economy car available. I was confirmed a price using my insurance perks when I made the reservation. The discount wasn't applied at the end and I was told that was the price received from the insurance company so to contact them. I rented from another company last time and that company adjusted for the discount. Not sure why Enterprise didn't do the same.
