- TMTrump MAGAAug 22, 20261.0To the attention of Pilot Corporate Management and Ownership: This Pilot truck stop is refusing to provide cash advances, which creates a serious inconvenience for professional drivers who rely on this service while on the road. Today, August 22, 2026, at approximately 7:20 AM, I spoke with an employee and was told that they did not have enough cash available to provide a cash advance. However, I personally observed several customers paying with cash before I was assisted, which makes this explanation difficult to understand. I believe Pilot corporate management should address this issue. Professional truck drivers are a major part of your business, collectively spending thousands of dollars every day on fuel, food, parking, and other services. When a location offers services to drivers, we should be able to depend on those services being available. Until this issue is properly addressed, I cannot recommend this Pilot location to other professional drivers. I encourage fellow drivers to avoid spending money at this location and take their business to truck stops that provide the services and support drivers depend on. Truck drivers keep this industry—and businesses like Pilot—moving. We deserve reliable service and appropriate consideration as paying customers.

- ABAshley BlaylockJul 31, 20261.0So small and cramped. Even with no one in the store the setup is just crowded. Yes there is hot food but it’s really dried out. There’s no showers and no lottery machines or scratch offs. The drinks in the cooler weren’t even cold and the ice machine was broken. Behind the store is nothing but garbage and abandoned buildings. The employee wasn’t helpful at all but made sure to watch me while I went through the isles. Then refused to break a $100 lol. Nope. Not going back
- BBbayboy1967Jul 17, 20263.07/17/26. Only 10 parking spaces. I got here early around 1200. Parking spaces were full. If you’re not in a parking spot. They will come out and make you move. So don’t close your curtains thinking they will not make you move. They will no mattered what time. Also , I watched the local police give out tickets. If you park on the street $250. They are very strict over here. No showers, 2 toilet stalls. They have their own pilot restaurant that serves food. If you can get a parking space. It’s not bad parking here. Once again they will tell you to move, if you’re not in a parking spot. Park on the street and you will be ticketed.
