  First time ever locking my keys in my car. Gratefully I called and Gavin came over within 10 minutes. I had already been running late to get my son so the fact that he got there and had me in my car within 15 minutes was AMAZING!! Thanks Gavin

  I dropped off my mustang thursday because the car was not moving and had leaking water. Was hoping to get an inspection and estimate with my service before I had paid. Called me back on monday (mind you no contact or update since thursday) saying it was just water in the fuse box that built up and all they did was dried off. It still has water leaking from under the glove box which where it was the first time. I got charged for $400+ for a shitty job that is something I could’ve dried off myself. left my passenger side panel by the feet loose and now it won’t connect right. DO NOT COME HERE.

  I don't care what anyone says these guys are amazing! If you need work done to your vehicle this is the place to go to, they do great work and they're extremely honest. A while back I needed work done and at first the part they thought I would need was going to cost a little over $800 including labor but they soon called me and told me it ended up being a quick fix and they only charged me around $150 and that included the towing on my car. They could of just charged me the $800 for that part and I would have never even known but they didn't because they're good honest people. Also the other day I took my son's car there that was making some noise and again instead of fixing the problem and charging me hundreds of dollars they were completely honest and told me the frame is just too rusted to put money into, so they sent the car home on hospice instead of screwing me over like any other place would have, for example like f&f tire down on Logan or maybe they call it Lee's who just put brakes on my son's car a few weeks ago and charged him over $500 when they should of said hey this car isn't worth it but no they're are obviously out to screw people. I just want to give a big shout out to everyone at Tillfords for being exceptionally good people, your community appreciates it!!!

  When called at 2pm dispatch said driver was on their way, after talking and getting a rough price from dispatch I understood and agreed. When driver arrived 3+ hrs later after saying 30 min away I got the automatic upcharge of roughly 250+ more on top of estimated price. Driver was not only rude but didn't even have his truck ready as he had to take another car off the flat bed to even perform the work. Would highly not recommend these guys as they clearly tell you a low price to get there then automatically double the price.
