  I needed air in my tires and unfortunately I arrived when they were very busy. Kyle asked me which tire, but I couldn’t figure out my dash prompt. He told me he would go ahead and check ALL my tires. I had a long drive ahead of me and Kyle gave me the peace of mind I needed. Thanks so much, Kyle! I’ll be back.

  ⭐️ Very disappointing experience I had an oil change on my Audi at this location on July 11, 2026. After the service, my vehicle developed an oil leak. I returned to the store multiple times. On my second visit, they added oil. On my third visit, the manager told me the vehicle was not leaking and gave me a card for another repair shop. I chose to have my Audi inspected by my own independent mechanic. He documented that the oil drain plug was leaking and provided a written repair estimate totaling $1,093.17. I returned to the store on August 17 to discuss the mechanic’s findings. I spoke with manager Kyle, who called Ron. I never spoke with Ron directly. Kyle then told me that Ron did not want to deal with me and asked me to leave. My husband later returned with the vehicle and was told that the employees were not allowed to touch or inspect it. I submitted a damage claim to customer care, provided my receipt and the mechanic’s documentation, and contacted corporate. I have not received a response. After this experience, I am very disappointed with how my concerns were handled. I will not return to this location and cannot recommend it to others.

  This site rocks, Chad the main man, is a super helpful guy and is always In very good spirits, We come in for top offs here and there and They always get us out within maybe A minute and 30 seconds 🫡🙏 very good vibes🤙🏻

  I just went to Grease Monkey in Belvidere, IL because my skid plate broke. It’s not the usual thing they work on but they kindly took it off for me at no charge. I get my oil changes here and the employees are always helpful, friendly and kind. They also aired up a tire for free. A HUGE shout out to CHAS & GIO !!! I’m a loyal customer and strongly recommend this location.
