  I can’t say enough good things about Automotive Solutions! They are honest, knowledgeable, and truly know their stuff. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust, but they always take the time to explain everything and make sure the job is done right. Sherry and Tom are absolutely amazing to work with. They’re friendly, professional, and genuinely care about their customers. If you’re looking for a shop that treats you like family and stands behind their work, I highly recommend Automotive Solutions!

  Automotive Solutions (Spencer) made me an offer to do two cars not including windshield which I thought was very fair since this was a very long drive for me. When I texted them back, they first sent me a strange text back about a laptop which I had no idea was coming from initially. They then reneged on the offer after I sent them their text back and then even rudely dismissed me by hanging up on the phone after they angrily said they won't honor that deal. I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life. It is hard for anyone to trust a company that doesn't keep their word no matter how good their work may seem from others with better fortune. Would you trust them to honor their lifetime tint guarantee if they don't even honor texts (which you clearly documented they made back in mid April saying the offer was good through summer)???

  Shop did an amazing job installing my lift/level kit on my silverado!! Truck drives and rides better than stock. Shop was great and easy to communicate and finished the truck in a timely manner! Will be coming here for any future truck needs!
