  I had one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had getting my vehicle serviced in a long time. Mike took care of my 2016 Honda Pilot and was friendly, respectful, and never once talked down to me. As a woman who has worked on my own vehicles for years, I really appreciated that. They changed my oil, topped off my washer fluid, showed me what they were doing, and didn’t try to pressure me into services I didn’t ask for. I was in and out in about 23 minutes. The price was a little higher than some other places, but the speed, convenience, transparency, and especially the way I was treated made it worth it. Thank you, Mike. It was especially nice to learn that you’re one of the managers, because the way you treated me says a lot about how this location is being run. I will definitely be back!

  This is the best Valvoline location. The store manager is amazing at explaining things and being helpful. All of the other staff are very courteous and professional as well. Highly recommend!

  they were quick, polite, friendly, funny, helpful, yet not too pushy. I stood inside a Walmart and didn’t get helped longer than I sat in my car at Valvoline to get my oil changed. Damon was awesome.

  I went in for an oil change this past wednesday and was helped by Jack and Kiyare. I am generally very anxious when it comes to car maintenance, but they were both extremely friendly and put my mind at ease. They walked me through the process in a detailed manner that was beginner friendly and easy to understand without being condescending. It was so lovely to chat with both of them and I will definitely be returning for future services :)
