  Mike and the guys at this location are fantastic! I’ve always been happy with Valvoline service at other locations, but recently started going to the Carlyle location. I brought in a newly bought used Prius and they got me taken care of quickly and with transparency. Friendly, respectful of you and your car, and you can tell this crew works well together. Definitely will return for my next services!

  It was busy when I arrived and I had my dog with me. They gave her a treat and she was excited. They provide excellent customer service with smiles. They even replaced my wiper blades that I brought with me because they are special sizes. Overall awesome experience and I will be going back!

  Just arrived from Hawaii and our truck needed all the works. The team had amazing customer service, they’re all communicating their tasks to each other, great conversation, thorough about services, etc. Mr. Amtrez (spelling)was our mechanic for the services and would highly recommend him, or any of the staff. Belleville location.
