- DWDaniel Whitaker3 days ago5.0Out of the dozens of phone calls I had made and hours of internet research, Chris at biltrite was the ONLY one who came through. He instantly knew how and why my transmission failed and knew exactly how to build it so that this wouldn't happen again. He under promised and over delivered on cost and service. Feels good to finally have a transmission and torque converter expert I can trust and recommend to others. Thanks again Chris, and the rest of the crew at biltrite! 10/10
- BSBob StarAug 6, 20261.0I paid over $3,000 to have my transmission resealed, and it still won't stop leaking. After the work was done, I reached out to Chris multiple times to try to get the issue resolved. At first, there was communication, but now he's stopped responding altogether, even though he's clearly read all of my messages. I paid a lot of money expecting the problem to be fixed and for the business to stand behind its work. Instead, I'm left with the same leaking transmission and no response. I can't recommend this shop based on my experience.

For that kind of money, I expected better communication and customer service. The employee who helped me, Chris, came across as rude and dismissive, and I felt like my concerns weren't taken seriously. Overall, I didn't feel like I got the value I paid for, and based on my experience, I wouldn't return.
