  Avoid the Valvoline Instant Oil Change location at all costs. I went in for a simple oil change. Shortly after leaving, the oil panel underneath my car came loose and fell off while I was driving—something that should NEVER happen if the job was done correctly. I returned, and they claimed to “fix it” by installing a replacement panel. The very next time I drove my car, it came off AGAIN. When I went back, instead of taking responsibility, they tried to blame me and suggested I must have hit something—which is completely false. Then, instead of properly repairing the damage they caused, they zip-tied my old panel back on as a “solution” and refused to replace it. They even refused to buy a new panel. Let me be clear: they were the LAST people to touch my vehicle, and the issue started immediately after their service. This is either negligence or incompetence—there’s no other explanation. I escalated this to corporate and was told the district manager, also refused to take responsibility or fix the problem. Even worse, they provide no way to escalate further. This is unacceptable. If a shop damages your vehicle or installs something incorrectly, they should stand behind their work. This location does not. Poor workmanship. Zero accountability. Terrible customer service. Take your business somewhere else. ***update***5-7-2026- to Valvoline's response. I already contacted corporate/customer care team which is the number you just provided me in your response and the shop location prior to posting this review. When I spoke to corporate/customer care team, I was told there was nothing they could do and that the shop itself had to handle the situation directly. Corporate then contacted the location, and I was informed they would not replace the damaged panel again and that the zip ties used underneath my vehicle to hold it in place were “good enough.” They are not!!! They also said the district manager said that he would not replace the panel either since he was there and knew the situation. Nina was the one that spoke to corporate and told them this. I also requested contact information for the district manager and even requested how to escalate this further and was told they were not allowed to provide it or help me do anything. At no point was a proper resolution offered. No investigation was even offered. It was a too bad to sad situation. Your customer care person said they would send an email to the district manager with my contact info and I have yet to hear anything back. The issue began immediately after service when the panel was not secured correctly (twice!!!). Customers deserve proper workmanship, accountability, and a company willing to stand behind its work. It is unacceptable that my the whole panel under my car needs to be replaced now and I have to pay for it. They were the ones that did not secure it properly in the first place and caused me this issue. ****Updated again****5-7-2026 I just called your customer care team/ corporate. I thought I would give it a try. I was informed that the district manager personally inspected my vehicle and believes “something hit it” and ripped the panel off, rather than it being improperly installed. However, the issue happened immediately after my oil change. The panel came loose while driving, and in my opinion, it was not secured properly, which caused damage and weak points that ultimately led it to fail. We were also told the district manager and upper management are declining any additional repairs and denying responsibility for the damage. I can’t even get them to give me a call. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of accountability, professionalism, and willingness to stand behind the work performed on my vehicle. If my panel was installed correctly the first time it would not have been ripped off. Customers deserve better treatment and proper repairs — not temporary zip ties and blame shifting.

  Nina and her crew are great. Good people and quick. Just went a second time, im relieved I found my new spot for oil changes

  From the moment I pulled up I knew I was in for a great experience. They advised on wait times, apologized for the delay, got me in quickly. Then they explained everything they were doing. They checked my lights, battery, topped off fluids, told me I needed a coolant system change, and the cost. No pressure on me to do it, but I’ll be back to get it done. They were amazing, thorough and friendly.

  Nina, and her team, have always exceeded the fast pace environment that they are in. As a fellow Mechanic whom is uneducated in the vehicle I drive; they have shared professional knowledge and help, when it has come to the service of my truck.

  Always a great experience. It's certainly not the closest oil change place to my house, heck it's not even the closest Valvoline! However everyone there is always very nice, no pressure to buy services you don't need, and fast and efficient. Check Facebook before you go as there's always $15-20 off coupons.
