  We’ve been getting our oil changed here for about two years, and have had a positive experience every time! During our last visit, my 16 year old was getting her first oil change. The manager kindly explained details through every step of the process to help her feel prepared to get the next oil change on her own. Thank you for great service!

  I want to thank the team at Valvoline in Batavia. I went in for a routine oil change and this team took the time to diagnose a completely different issue my car was having, efficiently and with such care. Your compassion meant everything to me!

  I regularly bring my cars to this Valvoline for oil changes and every experience has been excellent. Nina and the rest of the staff are extremely friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this location to anyone

  Usually my boyfriend takes care of the car maintenance himself or takes it to get worked on. This time he was going out of state on a trip and he was unavailable to do an oil change that our car needed. He told me to take the car here, and I’ll be taking my car here every time going forward! I’m a girl and if I take my car to get any work done it’s usually intimidating and I feel awkward asking questions. When I took my car to the Batavia location Valvoline, it was a totally different story!! I met the manager Nina the first time, and I met another worker Jose the second time. Both were super knowledgeable and personable!! I really appreciate their effort to make me feel comfortable and welcoming. They explained everything that they were doing and were very kind. The whole team that took care of my cars were great and worked efficiently. It’s also so nice that they do things like add air to your tires and refill windshield fluid. The pricing was very reasonable and they broke everything down and reviewed the costs at the end. They checked my lights and other smaller things for me without being asked; and it’s a good thing because I didn’t know my license plate light was out! They pointed out a few things I may want to get checked/changed in the future but that weren’t emergencies so I didn’t have to get them taken care of that day if I didn’t want to. It’ll be good that those were noted in their system so they can remind me next time! I’ll definitely be back and recommending this business to my friends and family :)
