  Without a doubt, John and the team at Tuffy are the best in the business. Knowledgeable, timely, efficient and trustworthy, I recommend this Tuffy to anyone who asks for a recommendation. I’ve had nothing but great experiences here, and six years after first coming in, I continue to have my cars serviced by John and the team.

  I drove about an hour to come here, and honestly, I wouldn’t mind making that drive again. From the moment I walked in, Joe was incredibly kind, helpful, and easy to talk to. Another gentleman at the front desk was just as welcoming and professional. What I appreciated most is how straightforward they were—no runaround, no pressure, just honest service. They got right to the issue and fixed it without making me feel overcharged like I have at dealerships in the past. I’m truly grateful for the experience I had at Tuffy Tire & Auto Service. It’s hard to find places you can trust, but this is definitely one of them.

  Wouldn’t go here. Had brakes done here, along with other people I know who had brakes done here, and then a few months later, clicking and grinding metal noises began by the wheels. I and others took our cars to various different places and all came back with improper brake installation causing the issue. I would look elsewhere.

  A big shout out to John, Joe and Todd for the great service on my wife's 2015 Taurus earlier this week. It was a big repair job... water pump, timing gears, timing chains, VVT sensors, lower control arms, inner and outer tie rods, serpentine belt, oil change and a 4 wheel alignment. Dropped off the car Monday morning and picked it up end of day Tuesday. As I've been a weekend home mechanic for decades and do most of the repair work on our family vehicles it was important that I had an honest, professional shop do this work as this was a bit out of my wheelhouse. Joe is an ACE mechanic and did an awesome job! Many Thanks for a job well done. I highly recommend John's Tuffy shop for all of your auto repair service needs!

  Me and my family have been customers of Tuffy Auto Service Center in Batavia Ilinois for 20 years. The reasons behind our loyalty are simple. High quality service at competetive pricing. Whichever the issue big or small they always deliver. John, Joe and Todd run an excellent team of talented mechanics. Given our work schedules it is great they have business hours on Saturdays. I highly recommend Tuffy in Batavia!!!!!
