- DSDave SimpsonMay 9, 20265.0I passed many tire stores to go to Belle. Example: Bell rep Rey approached a customer sitting near me. Rey explained that the brakes were still in the green, nearing yellow, on the scale. "You don't need brakes right now". The customer turned to me and told me that the dealer told him that he needed brakes, without taking off a tire. He has purchased 8 sets of tires for the family's cars from Belle. Integrity & honesty goes a long way with me. Rey gave me a tire comparison customized to my tire size needed, with 6 different pricing/mileage options. I also heard specialist Chris patiently talking on the phone with a number of apparently challenging customers. One apparently wanted confirmation as to whether a tire can be repaired or not, over the phone. I am a repeat customer for a reason. Pricing is fair.

- ZBZeeshan BhurgariApr 22, 20261.0If you have a even slightly lowered car they won't do align it despite having in ground racks. They say their sensors do not fit over the tires. I don't understand why they wouldn't have the correct sensors for all kinds of vehicles, but instead rather lose the sale.
- KKKeith (K)Feb 21, 20261.0First person I spoke to was real nice mentioned free alignment (or so I thought) so I just said sure. He leaves, the guy checking me out says oh just the alignment check was free. So they went ahead and aligned the tires and added on 90 dollars for that and 40 dollars for a 1 year alignment protection plan.... So maybe I misheard the first guy about the alignment but they never told me the cost before just going ahead and doing it. As well as the 40 dollar coverage. I had a rough time last time I went here I gotta remember to just stop coming to this place.
