I didn’t have the correct sized socket they were able to provide me one to use. Then I was able to easily swap my spark plug, super simple. I was in a hurry today so they kept me moving without missing a beat. Thank you!

You will have to call the 800 number to file a complaint before they do anything for you. Rude rude employees and misinformation. ALWAYS KEEP YOUR ORIGINAL RECEIPT!!!

Called to check if they had my battery in stock and if they would install it, which is what is advertised all over their website, on the radio, and on TV. But the man on the phone said they do, but it's cold. So no. Here's my question.... When do most batteries fail? That is a bad bait-and-switch when service matters most. Poor move, Advanced... You were my go-to. Not anymore.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
