  It was just an Oil change that cost more that the dealer and they didn't check lights, tires and didn't know how to rest the lights. I had to figure that out. So no my experience was not good. Pay more for less is not a good marketing strategy. I will never be back.

  DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION WITH YOUR VEHICLE. I went to Valvoline for a routine oil change. They failed to top off my wiper fluid and, more seriously, failed to properly secure my splash shield. The very next morning, while driving on the highway, I could feel something dragging underneath my vehicle. I had to pull over on 90 during morning traffic and call for help. The damaged splash shield was temporarily secured with zip ties so I could safely get to work. I immediately contacted Valvoline Customer Care and was instructed to bring my vehicle back after work. I did, and the employee who inspected it confirmed what had happened and removed the splash shield because it was too damaged to repair. Unfortunately, the customer service afterward was even worse. I waited several days for the manager, Luis, to call. From our first conversation, I was treated as though I was lying and was met with an incredibly disrespectful and adversarial attitude. After a week, I was told they couldn’t find the necessary parts. I declined the offer of free oil changes because I needed my vehicle repaired—not another oil change. Luis then told me to have the repair done myself and that Valvoline would reimburse me. I followed those instructions, secured an appointment with Acura, and obtained a repair estimate. Five weeks into this process, I was suddenly told that I had “taken too long” and that my claim would be denied. To make matters worse, Valvoline also told me they would refund my original oil change—and that refund still hasn’t been issued. I followed every instruction I was given, waited through their delays, and did everything I could to resolve this reasonably. I am now left with a damaged vehicle, an unpaid repair, a denied claim, and a promised refund that I still haven’t received. Mistakes happen. What matters is how a company takes responsibility for them. In this case, I experienced a complete lack of accountability, empathy, professionalism, and respect. After five weeks of dealing with this, I would strongly caution anyone against trusting this location with their vehicle. Absolutely unacceptable customer service from start to finish.

  Absolutely fantastic service! Quick and simple. Armani explained the entire process simply and concisely and the team got me in and out in 15 minutes! Simply stellar service!

  I had a very honest tech (Angela) who told me that my oil was still clean and full. Not ready for the oil change yet according to records. Totally appreciate the honesty and the professionalism here in Bartlett!

  I am questioning that every time I visit this location, there are completely new employees. However, the staff were very considerate. One technician indicated that he didn't know how to use the computer when I pulled into the bay to check me in. I had to ask to have my air pressure checked on my car. Nor was the air filter or cabin filter checked. Not a great experience
