  It took some time to shake hands through the negotiations but Julio in sales and Alex in management was very patient with us through our persistent counters to get the deal done on our new XC90. It was a great experience and my family is super happy with our new car! I like to think I won 😆 but thank you so much to the Barrington McGrath Volvo team.

  The entire team demonstrate professionalism and a true concern to meet the needs of the customer. They LISTEN and discuss options when decisions need to be made. I am a loyal Volvo customer this one is #8. When I moved back to the area 3 years ago, I had no Volvo Dealership. I chose McGrath due to location. It was the best decision I could have made. From start to finish, Franz was exceptional. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. He made what can sometimes be a stressful car-buying experience feel easy, enjoyable, and exciting. Franz was never pushy or overbearing. He listened to what I wanted, answered all of my questions, and made me feel like I was truly valued as a customer.   We spent a long time searching for a safe and luxurious ride, and we were so happy to walk into McGrath Volvo in Barrington and discover the Volvo XC60! This was the fifth dealership we visited. It surpassed our expectations, especially the extras like lifetime free car washes! We were treated respectfully and there was no pressure to buy. Carlo, our sales specialist, deserves a special shout-out for his calm demeanor, knowledgeability, and constant communication from start to finish. Din, the finance specialist, walked us through all the paperwork quickly and got us a better rate than our credit union. We feel so great about this purchase and confident this gorgeous SUV will last us a long time. We'll be visiting this location for service and another purchase in the future.
