  Love the service and honesty i always get when i have to have a car serviced. I will always return to TUFFY for my vehicles.

  Do not come to this place, they will only take your money and not do the work. Took my truck in for oil change, wheel balance and alignment. They did the oil change, never completed the alignment or the balancing due to not having the adapter. Gave me a run around for 3 weeks to find a place that had the adapter and kept going in to find out what they were going to do and never a satisfactory result. Finally asked for my money back and they refused stating it's been a month. So they took my money but never performed the $115.00 worth of work they charged me for. If you value your time and money do not bother using them.

  May 29, 2026 To Whom It May Concern, I would like to take a moment to recognize and commend Joe Milner, the manager at Tuffy’s Auto Service, for the absolutely outstanding customer service he provided to me during my recent visit. When I arrived at Tuffy’s on May 29, 2026, I was extremely upset and overwhelmed regarding ongoing issues with my vehicle. Having already spent over $4,000 on repairs just a month earlier, I was frustrated, worried, and emotionally exhausted at the thought of experiencing additional car trouble. From the moment I met Joe, however, his kindness, patience, and professionalism immediately helped calm my concerns. In a world where exceptional customer service has become increasingly rare, Joe demonstrated a level of compassion and professionalism that truly stood out. He took the time to carefully explain what was happening with my vehicle, answered my questions thoroughly, and reassured me with confidence that he would take care of the issue. Despite the pouring rain outside, Joe ensured that I felt comfortable while waiting and kept me informed throughout the process. Within approximately an hour and a half, I was back on the road with my car driving better than it had in a very long time. What impressed me even more was observing Joe’s interactions with other customers while I waited. Every single person who walked through the door or called on the phone was treated with the same kindness, respect, patience, and genuine care that he showed me. It was evident that Joe takes tremendous pride in both his work and the way he treats people. People are often quick to submit complaints, but I believe it is equally important—if not more important—to recognize individuals who go above and beyond in their roles and make a positive difference in someone’s day. Joe is truly an exemplary employee and an outstanding representative of Tuffy’s Auto Service. I sincerely hope your corporate office recognizes the tremendous value Joe brings to your company. His professionalism, integrity, and compassionate customer service deserve acknowledgment and appreciation. Thank you, Joe, for your kindness and exemplary customer service.
