  Made reservations a couple weeks inadvance just to get a call a couple days before the the pickup day to tell me they don't have a truck . Why have reservations on line

  Nick Margarella is in the perfect field of customer service. He’s professional, personable, polite & did everything I needed in a timely manner. After dealing with several Enterprise locations that dropped the ball over 2 weeks, Nick made up for that experience 10x over. Unfortunately my need was a 1 time thing but I would absolutely do business through Nick again.
