  Enterprise charged me a total of $75 for a “teenage fee” without any disclosure. AAA arranged a contract rental while my car was being repaired. Enterprise scanned my driver’s license, took a $50 deposit from my card, and never mentioned a young-driver or teenage fee—not verbally and not in writing. The next day they charged my card an extra $25 with no text, email, or warning. In total I paid $75 for this fee. I only found out when I checked my bank statement. When I contacted them, they said the contract didn’t cover the fee so they billed me instead. If a fee is based on the license you just scanned, you need to tell the customer before charging the card. This lack of transparency felt dishonest. I will not rent from Enterprise again.

  I was very pleased with my experience with Enterprise. They picked me up at the repair shop, and took me over to Enterprise. After filling out some brief paperwork, I was in my rental car. I would definitely recommend Enterprise for car rentals!
