    Personal car was vandalized while parked on the Enterprise lot overnight. The damage is estimated to be ess than $200, thier cameras caught it, and thier are no signs posted denying liability from thier duty of care, but they did not apologize and did not offer to repair. Police came to file a report and was surprised at thier lack of accountability or offer of recourse. Don't park on thier lots ever.. you'll be dismissed and they will not assist you at all if your personal car is damaged... even if they can.

    This IS the place to rent from! They take care of you from start to finish. I was very impressed at not only the quality of their customer service but the quality of the vehicle that I received was in such great condition, I won’t go anywhere else. I’m not someone that usually rents a car I haven’t rented a car in a decade, but to have it be so easy, made it worth it! Thank you Brandon!

    They charged me $2500 for the damage of the car that I am not even aware of. I did not involve in any accident, just drive normally. I may scrap the area under the front bumper because of the parking spot barrier. When I got the claim all the damage on the car is blamed on my fault which is not fair. It is easy to make customer think that they just utilize this opportunity to fix the car for themselves. The staff was kind and supportive but this rental experience was really bad.
