    Gustavo the manager there made the rental procedure go very quick and easy that man definitely knows how to get you in and out. The staff was very helpful and had the rental nice and clean for us.

    A Enterprise staff member came to pick me up at Gerber Collision & Glass. Staff was polite & friendly. It took a few minutes for anyone to greet me & assure that someone would be with me in a moment. The reception area was fine. The vehicle was clean and completely empty, ie, all compartments up front & seats were cleared, the rear seats & floorboards were cleared and the trunk was cleared. The car was missing the front driverside floor mat & it looked like the mat had been dusted with something as there was an outline on the floor where it had been. It took me a minute to find where things were on the steering column, dash, overhead, side mirrors, shifter and center arm rest/compartment. Maybe a quick explaination would help here. The car handled nicely and was easy to drive. I pre-paid for gas & got that back as I only drove the car to my home & then back to Enterprise. Communication was very good. Texting is much quicker & responses were almost immediate. Overall, a Good experience. It was kind of funny that I received an Altima because that is the same model vehicle that hit me. LOL
