  i needed a bulb for my headlight replaced and asked the kid working there if he can do it for me. took him 10 minutes to change a bulb and he still had to get the manager to do it for him. he screwed the cap around the bulb the wrong way too. also the bulb burned out a few hours later because he TOUCHED THE GLASS WITH HIS FINGERS which you aren't supposed to do. I had to return the bulb the next day and they made it sound like something was wrong with my car lol. you'd think if you worked at auto zone you would be a little knowledgeable about cars!

  This is the worst store I have ever visited. I am a regular customer; I went there simply to buy some tools. The staff is usually very friendly, but today I was helped by a light-haired American man who treated me terribly. I told him I didn't speak English, and he rudely replied that he didn't speak Spanish; that’s fine—I accept that—perhaps he was having a bad day. However, his computer froze, and he glared at me with such hatred that I confronted him and asked why he was looking at me with such contempt. Then a Latina woman approached and also treated me poorly, defending the other person's attitude. They are unpleasant people; those two provide the worst service in the place. If you don't speak English, be careful with them. I asked the woman to ring up my purchase, but she banged on the computer screen and left the transaction unfinished. I told them I wouldn't be buying anything after all; I had to leave everything there and walk out because of the terrible way those two people treated me. This happened today at 10:00 a.m.; the store supervisor should check the security cameras and not keep people like that on staff—they give the store a bad name.

  Last Friday I unfortunately had a dead vehicle battery. Cant complain about that , the battery was 4 years old. The store manager, I believe his name is Juan unhooked my old battery , and installed the new one I bought there. He helped make my inconvenience as easy as possible to fix, and he was very professional.

  Mala atención, no tienen cortesía para atender fui a preguntar por un repuesto y salieron de manera prepotente no saben atender a las personas carecen de ética..
