- CWCrystal WalkerSep 4, 20261.0Purchased a shower with my Pilot points, the water was brown. I did not take a shower, I told the man a the register that the water was brown, can I get my shower points back, he said there is no refund. Instead he said use another shower, what difference will that make none at all, I told him that the water that is being used there is all brown, in other words the water in their pipes or brown. They have a Pizza Hut and Dairy Queen also. They are so inconsiderate.

- KKKimberley KapickaJun 16, 20261.0I had to deal with a pissed off husband who stopped here to shower. 3 out of 5 showers had fecal matter still in toilet 🤯🤯🤯 1 had dirty towels in shower and 1 had curtain rod coming undone from wall. Manager was absolutely no help.
