Dakota made the process so simple and smooth. He made me feel like family ended up getting 2 trailers. I will only ever go here for any and all trailers! Thanks Kate’s trailers for the sweet additions to my company

Love how big the place is and its crazy how many trailers they have. My salesman Dakota was very nice and helpful calling me back the next day after someone didnt purchase the exact trailer I wanted telling me it ended up being available and I shot right over to Arthur from Bloomington and made the purchase on my Cross 14×7 enclosed cargo trailer and I had a great experience with the finance person that closed the deal as well as the guys that work in the maintenance garage who hooked the trailer to my truck nicely explaining everything I needed to know of my questions. I don't know of any place around in Illinois that sells this many trailer but I would say to everyone looking to buy a trailer of and type to definitely go do business with these awesome guys at KTS trailers. Just make sure you look out for the Amish people on their horses and buggy's going down the road. Oh and stay off the shoulders of the road with all the road apples from their horses to! 🤣

⭐ 1-Star Review If k could give this a zero I would. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this trailer business. Not only has the customer service been terrible, but the trailer/product I purchased was also poorly made and did not meet the quality or expectations that were represented at the time of purchase. Communication has been extremely frustrating, with slow responses and difficulty getting my concerns addressed. When you spend a significant amount of money on a product, you expect it to be properly built and for the company to stand behind what they sell. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. The quality of the trailer has been disappointing, and the lack of customer service has made the situation even worse. I feel like once they received my money, my concerns were no longer a priority. Poor workmanship, disappointing quality, and terrible customer service. I expected much better for the money I spent and would strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing from this business to do their research and consider other options.
