From the moment I arrived, he was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He made the entire inspection process smooth, quick, and stress-free. Charles went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled efficiently while still taking the time to explain details clearly and answer all of my questions. His customer service skills were outstanding, and it’s obvious he genuinely cares about helping people. He was organized, attentive, and maintained a very positive attitude throughout the visit. What really stood out was his professionalism and attention to detail. He made me feel welcomed and respected, and the inspection was completed much faster than I expected without sacrificing quality or thoroughness. Employees like Charles are hard to find, and he represents the business exceptionally well. I highly recommend working with Charles if you need an Uber inspection or any assistance. He provided one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time.

When I got my tires changed before, the price was fair and they didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. More recently, my splash shield broke and I ordered the replacement parts myself. I brought it in and they reattached it and didn’t charge me. Super straightforward and really kind of them. It's hard to find places that are this honest and relpful. I'll definitely be coming back for tire and oil changes.

Adrian was very welcoming, he listened to the situation and quickly handed us over to Gerard. They took care of it right away and had me back on the road in no time. Really appreciate them stepping in and helping immediately! Highly recommended!
- CCChristopher CummingsMay 3, 20265.0i was stuck in the hospital over the weekend just to get discharged and find my car in the parking garage with a flat. couldn’t change it due to rust and brought it over to the guys at Mavis (arlington heights location) 10 mins before they closed on a sunday. they were very nice and put the spare on in under 10 minutes FOR FREE. the tires need to be replaced either way but i’m DEFINITLY brining my car to them this week for 4 new ones. after a stressful week in the hospital i just wanted to get home and they treated me like family. didn’t try to upsell, weren’t rude, it was like a brother helping a brother out. 20/10 would recommend. thank u guys so very much! Edit: .4 new tires, all the insides of the car checked out! literally took 5 minutes to pick up with amazing service! give adrian a raise already!!
