- MMMorgan Mateling5 days ago1.0Hours online and website say they are open sundays. When I called to schedule an appointment you are directed to a call center. They scheduled me an appointment for today (Sunday) at 1:30. Once we arrived the building was locked and no one was there. The call center was “clueless”. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend.

Then why is a 3rd party setting up the appointments that have no clue whats going on at that location. Glad someone that actually works there could call to cancel or reschedule. Happened the last 2 times as well. Done trying Fast Tire. Now I see why ALL the other local mechanics are 2 weeks out

I believe it is unsafe to drive and no one is calling me back. I WOULD LIKE TO REPLY TO OWNER. I HAVE CALLED THAT NUMBER SEVERAL TIMES. I EITHER GET HUNG UP ON OR THEY TELL ME THEY WILL HAVE DISTRICT MANAGER RICKY CALL ME. BUT NOBODY DOES.

Oil change went quickly but they didn't rotate the tires at all (I have one rim that's scraped up and it was in the same spot as when I went in) and they didn't check the fluids because my windshield wiper fluid was low when I went in and was still low when I left. Pretty disappointed for simple few things. Sucks that you can't trust people to do what they are charging for.
