- ZZZackSep 24, 20261.0I would NEVER recommend this shop to anyone, had my truck there for new tire install, alignment, etc, appointment was at 8am and they did start it within a reasonable time, but once they came out and said they needed the “locking lugnut socket” I was questioning why, they were just standard 7 spline m14x1.5 lug nuts, extremely popular lugnut that any shop ever should have a socket for in the toolbox, I had to have my friend bring a socket from his shop in order for them to perform the work, on top of that it took them almost 5 hours to install new tires, and it wasn’t cheap either, oh the best part, they said they performed a vehicle check or whatever they call it, when I got home my friend was looking at the new tires and noticed the low oil light on, the truck was 2.5 quarts low on oil! You would think something like this a “full service” auto shop would check and notify the customer about. Please do not waste your time or money on this place what a joke.
- MMMorgan MatelingAug 30, 20261.0Hours online and website say they are open sundays. When I called to schedule an appointment you are directed to a call center. They scheduled me an appointment for today (Sunday) at 1:30. Once we arrived the building was locked and no one was there. The call center was “clueless”. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend.
- DBDoug BAug 11, 20261.0Whats the point of setting up an appointment days in advanced, just to get a call the day before telling g you they dont have a tech available for my vehicle. Then why is a 3rd party setting up the appointments that have no clue whats going on at that location. Glad someone that actually works there could call to cancel or reschedule. Happened the last 2 times as well. Done trying Fast Tire. Now I see why ALL the other local mechanics are 2 weeks out
- DFDebbie ForchioneAug 6, 20261.0They put the wrong size shock on my car. My car is shaking and making a loud noise. I have been waiting for the district manager to call me back. I believe it is unsafe to drive and no one is calling me back. I WOULD LIKE TO REPLY TO OWNER. I HAVE CALLED THAT NUMBER SEVERAL TIMES. I EITHER GET HUNG UP ON OR THEY TELL ME THEY WILL HAVE DISTRICT MANAGER RICKY CALL ME. BUT NOBODY DOES.
- AKAdita KAug 1, 20261.0You making the appointment but they don’t care. 40 minutes later you are still waiting.
