- BBBrandi Brown2 days ago5.0Patrick was great!!! Quick oil change. Omar was extremely helpful getting lights and wiper blades checked before I even got in the bay. Great job guys!
- MWMaegen Whitaker3 days ago5.0Sharie is amazing. I have seen her twice now and she is my favorite. Very thoughtful and intelligent. This location is good and competent.
- MMMark6 days ago1.0Every website that I’ve looked at said they open at 8:30 on Sunday but I was informed while I am sitting here waiting to go in and the employee showed up at 8:30. They don’t open until nine. Either correct your hours on all media sites are open at the time you have posted.
- NWNancy WatkinsSep 20, 20265.0Went in for a fluid top off and air in my tires, it has been awhile since I been to Valvoline and I realized why I was a long time customer. Patrick was fast friendly and very respectful. He even tested my battery even though I didn't get an oil change. Top notch service and I'm glad you all recruit people like him. Keep it up.
- RIRobin IngersollSep 18, 20265.0Its just a regular Valvoline. But i give 5 stars to the employees! Patrick, the guy checking people in, has such a delightful personality. Even in 100+ degree weather, he took the time to chat and make sure he explained the services I received. They were quick and im certain it's because of Sue the bada$ who changed the oil like she was part of a Nascar pit crew. Good customer service is hard to find, but this crew is top notch
