  I have never been so frustrated with a repair shop in my life. I brought my van in because I had a blown tire and a clunking noise coming from the front end. I specifically told them that the tire currently on my van was a loaner and that my blown tire was in the trunk. They completely ignored what I told them, removed my one good loaner tire, replaced it, and then lost the actual loaner. My dad confirmed the tire they gave back was not the one he loaned me. I paid nearly $5,000 for four new tires and control arms. When I got my van back, I realized they had the wrong tire and the clunking noise was still there. I didn't even leave the parking lot before taking it back, but I was already late for work and eventually had to leave. The next day I returned, and instead of fixing the problem, I was told the clunking was "something different" that would cost even more money. After that, they stopped answering my calls altogether. The only way I could get someone on the phone was by calling from a different number. When I confronted the employee about how unprofessional everything had been, his response was, "Oh, it must be the rain." That is completely unacceptable customer service. I eventually had to go pick up my van without the issue being fixed. Since then, my A/C has suddenly stopped working, and something from the undercarriage has been hanging down. After calling countless times, filing complaints, and repeatedly asking to speak with a manager, all I kept hearing was, "Sorry, they tried. There's nothing we can do now." To make matters even worse, when I called to report that something had fallen from underneath my van, I was told, "Yeah, a bolt was stripped. It was falling." So they knew there was a stripped bolt and still let me drive away without repairing it or even warning me. This entire experience has been unprofessional from start to finish. I feel like I paid thousands of dollars and was left with unresolved problems, poor communication, and even more issues than when I brought my van in. I will never return, and I will be warning my friends and family to stay away. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop.

  I had 2 new tires put on and a tire alignment that were finished in an hour and a half. Colton, who helped me, was informative and honest, as well as his staff who was knowledgeable.
