  My wife had a flat tire at work. Got the spare put on and took the tire to Tire Choice 2 hours before closing. I expected to be told to come back tomorrow. Instead, Colton told me he'd take care of me despite being the only person in the shop and having been there 12 hours. He took the time to explain everything to me and get me out the door with a repaired tire. I greatly appreciated his great customer service and care. This is the second time I've come in with a tire issue and they have dropped everything and took care of me.

  Very unprofessional. When I called the person said they had 2 tires ready to go. Limped my box truck up there then they couldn't find the tires they said they had and tried to quote me nearly 2k. I would have not left a review but I heard the same sales manager that tried to quote me 2k talking to his boss about how he didn't know how he was going to reach his 3k quota by the end of the day. Awfully convenient how he tried to charge me 2/3rd of what he needed for 4 new tires 215 85 r16 was the size. Cheapies tires gave me 3 great used ones for 60 bucks each. Beware of this company attempting to upcharge and pay their bills off unsuspecting customers. Bad business tactics and unprofessional demeanor and mentality. Also people vaping inside the business which is illegal. But why would we expect people that act the way I described to follow the law.

  I was in a desperate situation with my tire and I was turned away by 3 other places of business in Alton before I entered Tirechoice and I was immediately told they would help me!! It was not an easy job and they took on the challenge with confidence. They went above and beyond for me. I was treated with respect and understanding the whole time I was there. The front desk man took his time to explain the process to me and he put my worries at ease. This place has hard working and kind people there and they will continue to have my business!!

  I had an experience here that honestly deserves more than five stars. I ended up stranded on the side of the road with a flat tire about half a mile from the shop. I had already filed a roadside assistance claim through State Farm, but it turned into a complete dead end. It took over an hour just to get a callback, and then I was told help was still another hour away. Meanwhile, I’m sitting there trying (and failing) to figure out the Volvo scissor jack despite multiple YouTube tutorials. Out of options, I called Tire Choice Auto Service Centers just to ask about tire pricing and that’s when Colton stepped in. What happened next genuinely surprised me. He didn’t just give me information over the phone he came out to where I was with a jack and changed my tire himself. That’s not part of his job description, but he did it anyway without hesitation. Once I was back up and running, he walked me through tire options and pricing with zero pressure. After comparing with other places, their pricing was actually better, so I went ahead and purchased two tires. The whole process was smooth, honest, and efficient. I can’t say enough about the level of service here. Friendly, professional, and willing to go far beyond what’s expected. Colton turned what was shaping up to be a miserable situation into something surprisingly positive. Meanwhile, the roadside service I had already paid for didn’t come close to delivering. If you want people who actually show up and take care of you, this is the place. Highly recommend for tires and any auto service needs.
