  Terrible service the worst Jeff the technician and Joe the lead there with the store manager Charlie no help in regards to my window appt being cancelled twice the day of the appt due to miscommunication and a flat tire things on there side not my concern I’ve been waiting 3 weeks now and my window has been leaking crack has gotten severely worse and it’s being paid through a a warranty company guaranteed money and they still have been terrible with their customer service I’ve filed a complaint and set up a meeting with the district manager on top of writing the better business bureau about my horrible experience

  I had an excellent experience with Alex. He came out to fix the windshield on my 2020 Dodge Grand Caravan, which was severely cracked. He was not only on time but actually arrived early. Communication was excellent, he kept me updated on his arrival. The work was flawless no leaks, no drafts, just a perfect, like-new windshield. I highly recommend Alex and Safelite for anyone needing auto glass repair.

  Got a crack on my windshield from some hail. I put in a reservation for repair through geico so it was free for me to get it fixed. The crack still shows which they tell you beforehand so it was a good experience. Took about 45 minutes.
