  They came while I was at work. The Tech Justin was ahead of schedule so he called to see about coming early. Only took a couple hours when he called to say he was done. He cleaned to cat added my mirror back all while I was at work. I was very satisfied with his service. Was easy to set up appointment and not high priced. VERY satisfied with his service. I'd recommend this company for any of your window replacement needs or repairs.

  Scheduling the appointment online was quick and easy. Abundant communication during the whole process. Alex, the tech, was very professional and did a great job in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

  Completely worthless… had our windshield repaired that had a small chip in it. 6 months later it cracked almost completely across the windshield. Took it back and their “safe lite guarantee” is that they just credit your insurance back their money and have to file another claim to get it replaced…. Totally worthless and a waste of time. Wouldn’t recommend going here at all. It was a crack less than a penny wide and obviously they couldn't fix it, maybe someone else who knows what they are doing could have done a better job.

  I've dont remember having such a terrible experience with any business. I have a 19 honda pilot which I've found is notoriously known for troubles with recalibration after windshield replacement. First appointment comes and they call me the day of saying that the employee that can fix my window is on PTO. A heads up would have been nice. Reschedule the following week they call me that morning saying the window is lost, they call me back 2 hours later asking/telling me can I just bring the car to the shop (35 mins one way). I say no of course because there whole business model is built on coming to you and this is what was agreed upon. Apps. Was rescheduled again for the following week. Can you guess what happened? Unbelievably, I had to call them because they never showed up or called or anything. When I finally talked to the manager he said they didn't have a windshield for me. Obviously im pissed at this point because any reasonable person would be. 3 appointments, where I have blocked out half days waiting for a damn windshield and nothing. After complaining to the manager they magically got a window in the next day. BRIAN( I think was his name) did a good job on the install but could not calibrate at my house. So even after all of this i had to go to the shop and get the vehicle calibrated for the new windshield. With the understanding that my vehicle is an atypical challenge, they could have just told me that from the beginning instead of lying about it. Needless to say it was a pure PIA. Girl at the front desk is of zero help with anything as well so expect that.
